Greening Greater Greenfield (G3) will host its 5th Annual Greenfield Oktoberfest on Saturday, September 26th. Like always the festivities will begin at 5:00 pm but this year the location will be moved closer to the village center and occupy the first block of So. Washington Street.

The John Baal Biergarten, under the direction of the St. Benignus Knights of Columbus, will open with the ceremonial and traditional “Breaking of the Pretzel” at 6:00 pm.

Music this year will be provided by the Oom-pah-sters German Band all the way from Tennessee and a wide variety of German foods will once again be served up by the Greenfield Lions Club.

New Aerial (Drone) Video of Paddle on Paint Creekfest

Just learned today that Brian Carle had taken his drone quad-copter to the SR 753 bridge and shot ten minutes of video of the launch site for Paddle on Paint Creekfest. The video is excellent and the scenery magnificent. Thank you so much Brian.

Hopefully you’ll consider joining us for the 2016 version of PonP, the third Sunday of May.
